Abell Construction was established in 1994 and is based in Rathgar, Dublin 6.
We are a small family run construction business.
We specialize in the construction of extensions to existing properties and offer a design built service. In addition to this core business we undertake a variety of projects of both larger and smaller magnitude.
We were accepted as members of the National Guild of Master Craftsmen in 1998 and have remained members ever since.
We were selected and successfully undertook construction work featured on RTE’s About the House programme with Duncan Stewart during the year 2000.
We have an extensive list of very satisfied customers for whom we have undertaken building projects both to their own architectural drawings and we have also carried out a considerable volumn of work on a design/build basis. We also have an extensive list of satisfied architects who include us on tender lists and negotiate with us on an ongoing basis.

Paul Abell (Managing Director)
Paul qualified with distinction as a Building Services Engineer from Bolton Street College in 1973 and has worked in the Building Industry every since. Paul also received an Associate Diploma from Rodac in Interior Design in 2004.

Ryan Abell
Ryan is a fully qualified time served carpenter who joined the Company in 2001 and has worked as a site foreman since 2006.

Paul and Ryan limit the number of jobs undertaken by the Company thus ensuring that clients have one of them as a full time site foreman thereby providing exceptional quality day to day service.
